Bread Roll Plant Installation

Newsmith Stainless are proud to announce the installation of an Oddy bread roll plant in one of the UK’s leading craft bakers.

The new bread roll plant which is capable of handling up to 12,000 rolls per hour in standard batches will provide improved levels of throughput, high product quality and consistency as well as flexibility of production.

The new facility comprises a modular production line that features a roll divider, proofer, finishing table and bread roll panner.

The new Oddy bread roll plant installation will significantly enhance production and flexibility at the already cutting edge facility.
