Oddy’s dough dividing and moulding equipment may be suitable for selected flatbread production processes where portioning and dough shaping are required.

Our modular moulding tables can incorporate different rollers and processing modules, depending on the application.

However, specific flatbread types may require specialist sheeting, pressing or baking equipment outside Oddy’s core range.
